Giving blood

In my latest post on http://blogs.sundaymail.co.uk/thirdsectorlab/ I promised I’d donate blood in January. Well here’s the photographic proof (don’t worry there’s no needle shots).

This is the first time I’ve emailed a post to Posterous so fingers crossed it works. Apologies for the poor quality of the images. The camera on the Blackberry Bold is truly atrocious.
