45 minutes, that’s all we ask…
Those of you who read my blog regularly or follow my tweets will know I now spend a day a week at Relationships Scotland as their Digital Media Manager. I’ve inherited the Relationships Scotland website and seeing as it’s remained the same for the last two years I thought it was about time we found out what people really think about it. The website is the first port of call for many Scottish families and couples who need support so it’s important that it’s engaging, informative and, ultimately, easy to use.
With this in mind, we’ll be carrying out some user-experience testing on the site soon and we need your help. If you’re over 18, can make it to central Edinburgh and have 45 mins to spare anytime on Wed 28th July 2010 then we’d love to hear from you. Ideally we’re looking for people who don’t have a web/design background and who haven’t used a Relationships Scotland service in the past.
We’ll give you a few tasks to complete on the site, for example we might ask you to find a counselling service in your home town, and we’ll ask you your opinion on elements of the site as we go along. What you think about our website matters to us and by volunteering 45 minutes of your time you’ll be helping us provide an even better service for Scottish families and couples.
